the story

Ines Jima, the creator of jimatelier, moved to Florence in September 2021. She began hosting workshops in her living room on Thursday evenings while she was a Master's student. Her love for art and bringing people together created the Art&Wine Firenze workshops.

Every week, strangers became friends while painting and cheering with a good glass of Italian wine. Ines collaborated with Ostello Bello Florence, where she hosted workshops on its rooftop until July 2023.

When Ines left Florence and relocated to Brussels, Ines changed the name of her workshops to jimatelier. This is because she envisions experiences that go beyond traditional ways of creating art and wants to create space for other drinks as well (like mimosas!)

The creative pulse of Brussels allowed Ines Jima to collaborate with Wet Ground, a beautiful art gallery in the heart of the city. This is how people can now be fully immersed in art: from being surrounded by it to creating it.
